hi
i have a problem. could you help me?
although i am an upper intermediate student in english, i can't speak english very well!
i know a lot of vocabulary but when i start speaking english i forget them and i have some pauses during my speaking that causes my speaking really awful!
please help me, what should i do to sort it out?

As you told that you have good knowledge of vocabulary, It's very good that you have good knowledge of but good knowledge doesn't means that while speaking you will get the same thing.

Along with good vocabulary knowledge you should have the perfect meaning of the same. By knowing the perfect meaning, you can use the perfect word at the perfect time.

So along with good knowledge of vocabulary, also get the knowledge of perfect meaning of the vocabulary.

So when you start learning the meaning of the words you will start speaking without any hesitation.

There are two ways:

1. Read about 30 novels in English, so you can think in English, while listening to a lot of music. (Queen, Supertramp, etc)

2. Take a shortcut by drinking 3-5 pints every time you need to speak well.
(used this with Spanish, German and Italian)
