Hi there!!!
First question: why the spelling of "of course" is not "ofcourse"? - Well, I do not really know why the spelling is still this way (maybe we can blame the preposition -of-), however I think that it will become just "course" in the next years. Nowadays it is used is oral language (-did you do it? - 'course!) In Spanish it is also separated (por supuesto). Speaking about the meaning, it is not clear how "of course" became something like a strongly emphasized form of "yes". Speakers do those kind of things in a regualr basis, you know?
Second question: Specially: means that something has one single purpose. - A building specially designed for handicapped people. Especially: Used to point a particular instance of something that was stated previously. - Most people like candies, especially children.
