ER and ERM - 2007/10/24 06:23 Hi, thanks for this opportunity to improve my english!

I found these terms in a text on a web site:

"I have considered leaving my job due to stress related factors. I do however think that an element of stress is a good thing and if used the right way can er actually be a positive thing. It can lead to a change in direction, erm success and, and stimulate you to do something new."

So, what does mean "er" and "erm", since I have never saw that?

P.S. Please, feel free to correct me on any grammar mistake.

Luciano.
